Lauren Schuyler

Director of Client Services

Lauren has a diverse real estate background and extensive experience in new construction. Her real estate career began, almost 15 years ago, selling residential real estate as a licensed Realtor. From there, she expanded her knowledge base by working for a large custom home builder and developer before combining both experiences into the opportunity to sell a large scale, high-end community. Rounding out her unique real estate career, was her most recent responsibility managing a private real estate investment portfolio including numerous multi-million-dollar projects.

Lauren joins Compendium Group eager to apply her comprehensive experience, diverse knowledge base, and exceptional organizational skills to every project. She will help guide each client through the design selection process, ensuring that no detail is overlooked, and all decisions are made with the timeline and budget at the forefront. As a Compendium Group homeowner herself, she looks forward to helping every client build their own home to love. Lauren is a graduate of Penn State University where she was also a member of the women’s golf team.
